WHAT LIVITSAR WILL FIGHT FOR?
Vandeikya/Konshisha does not need another representative who goes to Abuja, speaks well, and then disappears. It needs a legislator with a clear agenda, the courage to pursue it, and the discipline to deliver results that people can actually see and feel in their daily lives.
PRIORITY 1 — BOUNDARY RESOLUTION (VANDEIKYA/CROSS RIVER STATE)
 End decades of border disputes with Cross River State by pushing for a federal motion compelling immediate deployment of a Boundary Commission to permanently demarcate the border, restoring peace, farmland security, and certainty for affected communities.
PRIORITY 2 — AGRO-PROCESSING HUB
Transform the constituency's agricultural output (rice, cassava, yam, citrus, palm) from raw produce into finished goods through a federally supported agro-processing hub, creating jobs, increasing farmer incomes, and retaining more economic value locally.
PRIORITY 3 — TRUNK A ROAD REHABILITATION
Secure dedicated federal appropriations funding to fully rehabilitate the Vandeikya, Cross River State federal road, reducing transport costs, expanding trade, and restoring the economic lifeline of the constituency.
PRIORITY 4 — PRIMARY HEALTHCARE UPGRADE
Through the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, rehabilitate and equip at least one primary health centre per ward, with a strong focus on maternal and child health, so no family travels long distances for basic care.
PRIORITY 5 — MINING ROYALTIES FOR HOST COMMUNITIES
 Champion legislation guaranteeing defined royalties from extraction of the constituency's mineral wealth (barites, kaolin, iron ore, zinc, rutile) directly to host communities , funding local infrastructure, education, and healthcare from the resources already beneath their feet
